Sit Straight With Pommel Corrects Posture, Eliminates Sliding

This Sit Straight cushion has a pommel in the center to limit forward movement of the pelvis. The result: patients are forced to sit straighter, improving posture and decreasing sacral pressure. The 4" square pommel also reduces the danger of adduction contracture in agitated patients. Pommel is padded with 1" polyfoam for added comfort. Cushion is 4"H in front, 1 1/2"H in back. Removable, no-slip waterproof cover with zipper and ties.
